Olson Grimsley is pleased to announce it has once again been selected among Colorado’s top litigation firms by Chambers USA, with five partners ranked among the state’s best by the prestigious legal guide.
The firm received a Band 1 rating, the highest possible, in Colorado for its litigation work primarily on behalf of plaintiffs. Partners Eric Olson, Kenzo Kawanabe and Sean Grimsley also earned individual Band 1 ratings, and partners Jason Murray and Abigail Hinchcliff received Up and Coming recognition.

Mr. Olson secured Band 1 rankings for appellate work and plaintiffs’ litigation. It was his third Chambers USA honor for appellate work. Mr. Kawanabe, also a Chambers honoree for a third year, maintained his Band 1 status for his litigation work in Colorado. Other lawyers described him as someone who is in “his very essence a trial lawyer” and “truly an impact litigator.”
Mr. Grimsley also earned repeat recognition and a Band 1 rating for his standout work in plaintiffs’ litigation. Clients told Chambers researchers that he “is an elite trial lawyer,” “incredibly tenacious,” and that “any lawyer would fear him on the other side.”
Mr. Murray and Ms. Hinchcliff both were honored as Chambers Up and Coming for their work in plaintiffs litigation. A firm client told Chambers that Mr. Murray “is one of a kind and demonstrates a ridiculous level of lawyering and professionalism.”
