Strata Project Management Group Tops PurposeBuilt100™ Women Leaders Top Ten

STOCKTON, Calif. —  Aug. 27, 2026 — (KOREWIRE) Strata Project Management Group ranks No. 1 in the inaugural PurposeBuilt100™ Women Leaders Top Ten, recognizing the fastest-growing companies on the national PurposeBuilt100 that remain led by women who were members of their companies’ founding teams.

The distinction is unusually selective.

The PurposeBuilt100 itself recognizes just 100 fast-growing, purpose-driven companies nationwide – one-fiftieth the number of companies appearing on the Inc. 5000.

Among those 100 PurposeBuilt100 winners, 24 companies meet the additional Women Leaders standard: the current CEO was also a member of the company’s founding team.

Those 24 companies were then ranked using the same geometric growth methodology used for the full PurposeBuilt100, with the ten fastest-growing recognized here.

“Simply earning a place on the PurposeBuilt100 is extraordinary,” said Devin Thorpe, host of SuperCrowd26 and CEO of The Super Crowd, Inc. “Twenty-four of these 100 companies are still led by women who helped create them. That means these leaders weren’t brought in after the hard startup years were over. They helped build the companies from the beginning and remain in charge as those companies achieve remarkable growth.”

Thorpe said the Top Ten adds another level of distinction.

“To rank among these ten, a company first had to demonstrate meaningful impact, then grow fast enough to make the PurposeBuilt100, then outperform most of an already exceptional group of 24 women-founder-led businesses,” Thorpe said. “That is a genuinely impressive achievement.”

Qualified by Impact, Ranked by Growth

Gender played no role in determining eligibility for or ranking on the overall PurposeBuilt100.

The Super Crowd screened literally thousands of public and private companies for meaningful social or environmental impact. Public-company screening relied on publicly available information, including SEC filings, while private companies could apply.

Companies that passed the impact screen were ranked by geometric revenue growth from 2021 through 2025.

The Women Leaders Top Ten is a sub-list of those winners. To qualify for the sub-list, a woman had to be the company’s current CEO and also have been a member of its founding team.

The 24 qualifying companies were then compared using the same growth methodology.
