Enterprise customers took the stage at World of Workato (WOW) 2026, the company’s flagship conference, to showcase how customers are scaling their AI initiatives with a neutral control and execution platform.
With the theme Turn Your Intents into Business Outcomes, WOW 2026 marked a defining moment for the enterprise AI landscape. Workato’s neutral control and execution platform for enterprise AI and AIRO (a multi-agent system that brings agentic engineering to the enterprise) is changing the way businesses orchestrate their processes and govern AI execution at scale.
Customers Lenovo, VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions), and Red Hat shared how they’re putting orchestration and governance to work in their own use of AI:
- Pooja Sathe, Head of AI Ecosystem Partnerships at Lenovo, shared how Lenovo Qira has brought a unified AI experience to Lenovo devices – with security, privacy, and user control built into the experience.
- Alena Keck, Head of Strategic Initiatives at VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) and lead for the AI Rewired Program, shared how VOIS is reinventing the way work gets done through Agentic AI. She highlighted the importance of connecting people, processes, systems, and AI agents at scale. She also discussed how the partnership with Workato accelerates experimentation and helps transform promising AI concepts into enterprise-wide capabilities and measurable business outcomes, while maintaining trust, governance, and efficient token consumption.
- Sherry Gentry-Gasper, Senior Director, Enterprise Architecture & Delivery Acceleration at Red Hat, shared insights on how her team helped launch an internal AI platform and offered advice on how other organizations can implement the same.
AI providers Anthropic, OpenAI, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) explained how pairing models with a control and execution platform can help customers drive more value with AI:
- Anthropic’s Travis Bryant, Head of US Mid-Market GTM, covered how customers can get the most value with Anthropic models by pairing them with a control and execution platform. Alon Krifcher, Head of Applied AI, Commercial, shared how builders can get the most leverage from AI in their work with trustworthy, quality output and high-impact results for their companies and teams.
- OpenAI’s Neil Garde, Member of Product Staff and leader of Codex, shared how developers can use Codex to turn ideas into working software faster, bringing AIRO directly into the development workflow from prompt to production.
- From AWS, Jagjit Dhaliwal, Head of GenAI ISV Partnerships, and Ranjith Rayaprolu, Sr. Solutions Architect, unpacked why an enterprise control and execution platform is the missing layer and how Amazon Bedrock agents act across Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and beyond, with audit trails and governance built in.
Attendees also heard from Workato’s vibrant global partner community and ecosystem leaders and explored co-innovations from companies like Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, UST, Workday, and Reltio. From GSIs to ISVs to emerging technology partners, WOW spotlighted how partner-led agentic solutions are transforming enterprise operations.
